Blake Lively Repeat Offender in a Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent Blanket Sweater

Looks like the printed blanket sweater trend has really caught on! We just featured Miley Cyrus and her oversized Navajo print jackets yesterday, and very recently, spotted in her own oversized printed jacket was 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively:

Blake Lively was seen checking out the new smart phones at a Best Buy last December 8th and just two days later, she was seen wearing the exact same thing while shopping for a Christmas tree!

She has the same Coach Weslyn Boots, the same Chanel bag and even the same necklace on. If this is Blake’s way of getting the paps to stop taking pictures of her, she actually needs to up her game because look how close they are to her inside the Best Buy store. Creepy!

Celebrities have employed this tactic for years now – they would wear the same outfit again and again so the paparazzi pictures of them wouldn’t be of the same market value. The paps would then have a harder time selling their pictures. Eventually, they would figure out that they can get more money from pictures of other people so they would leave that celebrity alone. Privacy at last!

As for Blake Lively, I think she actually chose a good outfit to repeat. It’s distinguishable, it’s noticeable and it’s something that people would remember Blake wearing. Her sweater in particular really stands out, especially with its oversized proportions and large, colorful print:
